Your information & privacy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This website connects you with Dillon Howard for vehicle enquiries, trade-in assistance, and Ontario Deal Audit. Please send only the information needed for your request.

What you choose to send

Enquiry forms ask for your name, contact details, and the vehicle information you provide. A deal review may include your quote and the questions you want answered. Cover your licence number, date of birth, address, signature, banking details, and other sensitive identifiers before sending documents. Do not send credit applications or identity documents through these forms.

How your request is handled

I use your information to respond to your request. Ontario Deal Audit is separate from vehicle shopping: I will only make you a vehicle offer if you ask. If you request vehicle sales or trade-in assistance, relevant details may need to be handled with the dealership to respond to that request.

Services involved

The website is configured for Netlify hosting. Website enquiry forms use Formspree; the audit upload link uses Google Forms. Calls, texts, and email use their respective providers. Optional tips are handled by Stripe, where you enter payment details. These services process information under their own terms and privacy practices; submitting information is not a direct, provider-free transfer.

Educational examples

I will ask your permission before using your paperwork as an educational example on social media and remove identifying details before publication. Agreeing to a review does not mean agreeing to publication.

Corrections and deletion requests

For questions about your information, to correct something you sent, or to request deletion, contact ptbodillon@gmail.com or call 705-761-4786. I will explain what can be removed and any records that need to be retained.

Other websites

Inventory and other external links open services run by other organizations. Their own privacy practices apply when you use those websites.
